What the statuses mean
A connection passes through distinct stages before it can be relied on. The status of each system above reflects exactly where it stands.
Implemented code
The connection code — or, for CSV, the review-and-import flow — has been built. It still requires validation before the information it brings in can be treated as live.
Prepared mappings
The way information from the system would be mapped into Monimate Business is prepared, but a direct connection is not available. A prepared mapping is not a live connection.
Validated live availability
A connection is only live once its validation is complete. Availability will be confirmed as integrations complete validation — until then, no status on this page should be read as a working connection.
Under review
For some systems, provider access — or the product and access route itself — is still under review. No mapping or connection is claimed for these systems yet.
